UJI DAYA HAMBAT REBUSAN JANTUNG PISANG KLUTUK TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BAKTERI Escherichia colli
Abstrak
Crop banana klutuk (Moses balbisiana colla) is known to contain chemical compounds that have antibacterial effects. Escherichia coli is a gram-negative bacterium and one of the pathogenic bacteria that exist in the human digestive tract. This study aims to determine the ability of antibacterial stew of banana plant klutuk heart against Escherichia coli bacteria. The banana heart banana plant in small small pieces mixed with sterile aquadest made stew. Escherichia coli is resistant to many antibiotics such as ampicillin, amoxicillin, and penicillin. Antibacterial Activity This banana tree cultivation staple uses disc diffusion method, inhibition zone of bleeding plant of the highest cultivation of banana is at concentration 80% with average value 1.65 mm, and inhibition zone of banana cultivation heart plant which has inhibition zone at least is at 70% concentration ie with an average of 0.4 mm. Testing the concentration of the banana heart cultivation rebound is done with 100%, 90%, 80%, and 70% concentration, with twice repetition. At concentrations of 100%, 90%, 80%, and 70%. It can inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli bacteria characterized by bright zones around the disc paper with average results at a concentration of 100% 0.45. 90% 0.75. 80% 1.65. 70% 0.4. The independent variables in this study were banana klutuk heart decoction while the dependent variable was the growth of Escherichia coli bacteria.Referensi
