The success or failure experienced by some organizations is determined by the quality of leadership. The principal as the leader directly is a real example in the work activities of his subordinates, is expected to have good leadership skills so that organizational goals can be achieved.
The purpose of this research is to determine the partial influence of the principal's leadership model on the creativity of students and to determine the partial effect of improving the quality of educators on the creativity of students and to determine the simultaneous influence of the principal's leadership model and improving the quality of educators on the creativity of students in Guslah V District Sukorejo Pasuruan Regency.
This research is included in the type of survey research, quantitative, descriptive with a correlation research model that aims to find factual information about the influence of the principal's leadership model on improving the quality of educators and student creativity. In this study, it will follow the research procedures, namely determining the location of research, making observations, identifying problems, determining the type and number of populations, determining the type and number of samples, making research proposals, making research instruments.
Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the conclusions that can be drawn are: 1) The first hypothesis is tested that there is a partial relationship between the principal's leadership and the creativity of students in Guslah V, Sukorejo Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency. 2) The second hypothesis is tested namely there is a partial relationship between the quality of educators with the creativity of students in Guslah V Sukorejo District Pasuruan Regency, 3) The third hypothesis is tested that there is a simultaneous relationship between the leadership relationship of the principal and the quality of educators with the creativity of students in Guslah V Sukorejo District Pasuruan.
