EFEKTIFITAS KONSENTRASI LARUTAN DAUN SIRSAK (Annona muricata L) (10%, 30%, 50%) TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN MORTALITAS LARVA Aedes aegypti dan Culex sp
Abstract
Indonesia is one of the world's tropical countries and has optimum humidity temperatures that support the survival of insects. Mosquito is one type of insect that can harm humans because of the peranya as vector disease. Some types of diseases caused by mosquitoes, such as filariasis transmitted through Culex sp mosquitoes, as well as dengue fever transmitted by Aedes sp. The purpose of this research is to use natural larvacide that is by using soursop leaf solution to be alternative in killing mosquito larva. Soursop leaf solution contains flavonoids, alkaloids and saponins that can inhibit the growth of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae and Culex sp . Type of research design is Experimental, the population used is Aedes aegypti larvae and Culex sp which directly purchased in East Java Provincial Health Office. The research was conducted at Parasitology Laboratory of Health Analyst Academy of Delima Husada Gresik. The analysis was then performed using SPSS computer program Annova Two Way and Kruskal Wallis test. The result of sig <0,05 which means there is difference giving of soursop leaf concentration to Aedes aegypti larva and Culex sp. Conclusion Soursop leaf solution can kill Aedes aegypti larvae and Culex sp because there are flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins that can affect the nervous system and affect the respiratory system.
