PERBANDINGAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH HEMODIALISA PADA PASIEN GAGAL GINJAL KRONIK DI RSU Dr. SAIFUL ANWAR, MALANG
Abstract
Hemodialysis is defined as the movement of solvent and water from theblood of patients pass through a semipermeable membrane (dialyzer) into the
dialysate. Dialyzer can also be used to remove most of the liquid volume. The
transfer is done through ultrafiltration where the hydrostatic pressure causes a
large flow of plasma water (with a little comparison solution) through the
membrane. By enlarging the driveway on the vascular, antikoagulansi and
dialyzer production of reliable and efficient, hemodialysis has become the
dominant method in the treatment of acute and chronic renal failure in the United
States.Respondents of this study is that patients with chronic renal failure in
Saiful Anwar Hospital in Malang is the number of 30 people. The data have been
in if then calculated statistically. The research method using descriptive research
method is to give an overview of the laboratory examinations, especially relating
to blood hemoglobin levels in patients with renal failure before and after
hemodialysis in the Regional General Hospital Saiful Anwar Malang. Methods of
hemoglobin using a Sysmex cs-2100z.From this study it can be concluded that
there was a significant relationship between the variables of blood pressure
before with after hemodialysis with a value of t = 0.000 and 0.908 correlation
showed a very strong
