HUBUNGAN KADAR TROMBOSIT DENGAN LEUKOSIT PADA PASIEN DBD (DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE) DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM HAJI SURABAYA
Abstract
Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF) or dengue hemorrhagic fever is an acute viral infectious disease which is caused by dengue virus. This disease transmission caused by the mosquito species Aedes aegypty can also be caused by Aedes albopictus. This disease can affect everyone and can lead to death. Especially in children and often cause outbreaks. Patients with dengue fever will experience a sudden high fever for 2-7 days. Sometimes in this period experienced bleeding (bleeding from the nose), vomiting, dysentery and headache.The aims of this study to determine whether there is a relationship with leucocyte platelet levels in patients with Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever in the laboratory General Hospital Haji Surabaya. This research includes descriptive study, the results of which were taken in this study were 30 patients.
From this research result obtained SPSS correlation test of significance p (0.266) with r (0.210) and N (30). Then P value > α: hypothesis (Ho) rejected while (Hi) is received, so the alternative hypothesis (Ho) is rejected while the null hypothesis (Hi) is received. It can be concluded that there is no relationship platelets with leucocytes in patients with Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Haji Hospital Surabaya.
