Dampak Hybrid Learning terhadap Keterampilan Kolaborasi dan Kreativitas Mahasiswa: Studi Kasus pada Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia Pasca-Pandemi

Model hybrid learning sebagai kombinasi pembelajaran daring dan tatap muka menjadi tren utama di perguruan tinggi pasca-pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak hybrid learning terhadap keterampilan kolaborasi dan kreativitas mahasiswa, mengidentifikasi hambatan implementasi, serta merumuskan implikasi strategis bagi pengembangan pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed-method explanatory sequentialdengan melibatkan 350 mahasiswa melalui survei kuantitatif dan 27 partisipan (mahasiswa, dosen, pengelola program studi) pada tahap kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hybrid learning efektif meningkatkan fleksibilitas, kolaborasi, dan kreativitas mahasiswa, meskipun masih menghadapi hambatan berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur, kesenjangan digital, rendahnya partisipasi dalam forum daring, dan tingginya beban kerja akademik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa hybrid learning berperan penting dalam mendukung transformasi pendidikan tinggi Indonesia menuju model pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif, inovatif, dan berkelanjutan.
