Abstrak

Facing the rapid competition in education in this global era, all parties need to equate their thoughts and attitudes to prioritize improving the quality of education. The purpose of this study was to determine the partial effect of teacher professionalism on increasing school achievement and to find out the partial influence of school leadership on improving school performance and to find out the simultaneous influence of teacher professionalism and school principal leadership on improving school performance in SDNs in Pandaan District Pasuruan Regency.
This research is included in the type of survey research, quantitative, descriptive with a correlation research model that aims to find factual information. this research will follow the research procedure. The population as well as the sample in this study were 50 teachers in the 2019/2020 school year. This method is called quantitative method because the research data is numerical and analysis uses statistics.
The conclusions that can be drawn from the results of multiple linear regression analysis is the hypothesis of this study missed, in accordance with the results of the F test and t test. the conclusions are as follows: 1) There is an influence of teacher professionalism on improving school achievement in SDNs in the Pandaan Subdistrict of Pasuruan Regency. 2) There is an influence of the principal's leadership on improving school achievement in SDNs in Pandaan Sub-district of Pasuruan Regency. 3) There is an influence of teacher professionalism and school principal leadership on improving school achievement in SDNs in the Pandaan Subdistrict of Pasuruan Regency. The first hypothesis states that "there is an influence of teacher professionalism on improving school achievement in SDNs in the Pandaan Subdistrict of Pasuruan Regency" acceptable. Based on the above output, the calculated t-value is 5.313 and the significance value is less than 5%, so Ho is rejected. Thus it can be concluded that the teacher professionalism variable significantly influences the improvement of school achievement. The second hypothesis states that "there is an influence of the Principal's leadership on improving school achievement in SDNs in the Pandaan Subdistrict of Pasuruan Regency" acceptable. Based on the above output, the calculated t-value is 2.948 and the significance value 0.005 is less than 5%, so Ho is rejected. Thus it can be concluded that the principal's leadership variables significantly influence school performance improvement.
