Integrasi Artificial Intelligence dalam Pembelajaran Inklusif: Strategi Meningkatkan Aksesibilitas Pendidikan bagi Siswa Berkebutuhan Khusus di Era Digital

Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) menghadirkan peluang besar bagi pendidikan inklusif, khususnya dalam mendukung siswa berkebutuhan khusus agar memperoleh akses belajar yang setara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi guru, efektivitas penggunaan AI, hambatan implementasi, serta strategi optimalisasi integrasi AI dalam pembelajaran inklusif di Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed-method explanatory sequential dengan melibatkan 250 responden melalui survei kuantitatif dan 20 partisipan dalam wawancara serta FGD. Instrumen penelitian mencakup kuesioner, panduan wawancara, dan lembar observasi yang divalidasi oleh pakar pendidikan inklusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI efektif dalam mendukung aksesibilitas siswa berkebutuhan khusus melalui teknologi seperti speech-to-text, text-to-speech, dan platform pembelajaran adaptif. Namun, hambatan utama berupa keterbatasan pelatihan guru, infrastruktur digital, biaya, serta literasi digital masih menjadi tantangan. Strategi optimalisasi mencakup pelatihan guru, investasi infrastruktur, dukungan kebijakan, dan kolaborasi dengan perusahaan edtech. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa AI dapat menjadi instrumen strategis dalam mewujudkan pendidikan inklusif yang adaptif, berkeadilan, dan sejalan dengan tujuan SDGs.
