Kepuasan Pengguna Alat Ortotik Prostetik : Systematic Literatur Review

Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien terhadap layanan kesehatan termasuk kompetensi penyedia, diperlakukan dengan hormat, penyediaan informasi, dukungan emosional, efisiensi dan struktur dan fasilitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan diakui oleh Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) sebagai salah satu dari lima indikator kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan sistematis dengan menggunakan Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-analysis. Sebanyak 284 artikel yang berpotensi relevan ditemukan dengan mencari dari 2 database Hanya sekitar seperempat dari pengguna yang disurvei memilih daya tarik kosmetik sebagai preferensi mereka. Hasil ini akan membantu peneliti dalam pengambilan keputusan yang berpusat pada pengguna dalam desain perangkat ini dan dapat memandu kegiatan penelitian di masa depan. Hasilnya juga berguna untuk merancang layanan rehabilitasi bagi penyandang disabilitas hal ini di uangkapkan dalam penelitian Zohaib Aftab (2020) dengan judul User Satisfaction with Conventional Lower-Limb Orthotic Devices: a Cross-Sectional Survey in Pakistan
