Abstract

Keywords: Supervision and Pedagogic Competency and Performance of Teachers

In-house organizational communication is also an important thing to note because these two elements can be further studied can be expected to improve the quality of education through improving the proportionalism of teachers in schools. This study aims to describe the influence of supervision on teacher performance and the influence of pedagogic competence on teacher performance and influence of supervision and pedagogic competence on teacher performance in Guslah III Tutur District Pasuruan Regency. This study uses descriptive or research conducted based on the level of explanation or explanation, ie research that intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable with another variable. While based on the hypothesis proposed. Then this research includes associative research, or research that will test whether there is relationship and influence between variables studied, using quantitative data type. The population as well as samples in this study are 50 teachers and educational personnel, which all become objects in this study.
The results of this study are the hypothesis of this study answered, in accordance with the results of the F test and t test. As for the conclusion is as follows: 1). There is an influence of supervision on teacher performance Guslah III Tutur District. 2). There is influence pedagogic competence on teacher performance Guslah III District Tutur. 3). There is influence of supervision and pedagogic competence on teacher performance Guslah III Tutur District.
