The population as well as samples in this study are 50 teachers and educational personnel, which all become objects in this study. There is an influence of supervision on teacher performance Guslah III Tutur District. 2). There is influence pedagogic competence on teacher performance Guslah III District Tutur. 3). There is influence of supervision and pedagogic competence on teacher performance Guslah III Tutur District.
