The rapid flow of globalization in all areas and the weakening of appreciation of the values of all In the era of globalization, the advancement of schools in line with the progress of the surrounding community, the desire of the community should be able to be answered by the school in the form of producing output that has high human resources, competent and produces workers who are ready to compete in the competitive world of work. This study aims to describe the influence of the quality of education services to the satisfaction of the community and the effect of extracurricular implementation on the satisfaction of society and the influence of the quality of education service and the implementation of extracurricular to the satisfaction of society in SMK N 1 Driyorejo.
This study uses descriptive or research conducted based on the level of explanation or explanation, is research that intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable with another variable. While based on the hypothesis proposed. Then this research includes associative research, or research that will test whether there is relationship and influence between the variables studied, using quantitative data type. The population as well as samples in this study are 23 Teachers and educational personnel, which are all used as objects in this study.
The higher education service proved to have a positive impact on community satisfaction, seen from the result of t test that is 3,658 with the significant level of 0,002 (sig <5%). The implementation of extracurriculars proved to have a positive impact on community satisfaction, seen from t test result that is 2,232 with significant level of 0.037 (sig <5%). Simultaneously, education services and extracurricular activities proved to have an effect on the satisfaction of the society, as seen from the value of F calculated of 11.891 with a significant level less than 5% that is equal to 0.001, which means the improvement of educational services balanced with the implementation of extracurricular, the higher the public satisfaction.
