KORELASI ANTARA PROFESIONALISME GURU DAN PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI TERHADAP KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN SMAKNUM
Abstract
Supervision of the principal is well planned and programmed so that the goals to be achieved can be successful with good and effective. Supervisory process from superiors to teachers and other school personnel who directly handle students' learning to improve teaching and learning situations so that students can learn effectively with increasing learning achievement. This study aims to describe the influence of school principal supervision on teacher performance and the influence of instructional media on teacher performance and influence of principal supervision and learning media on teacher performance at SMU Ma'arif NU Mantup.                   This study uses descriptive or research conducted based on the level of explanation or explanation, ie research that intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable with another variable. While based on the hypothesis proposed. Then this research includes associative research, or research that will test whether there is relationship and influence between variables studied, using quantitative data type. The population in this study were 40 teachers in the academic year 2016/2017.                   The results of this study are; The supervision of the principal has an impact on teacher performance improvement, it is seen from t test where the value of t-count produced is 3,650 with significant level equal to 0,001. Because the significant level produced less than 5%, it can be concluded that the principal supervision (X1) partially significant effect on teacher performance (Y), and the influence of principal supervision (X1) on teacher performance (Y) is 26.52 %. Learning media impact on improving teacher performance, this is seen from t test where the value of t-count generated by 2.841 with a significant level of 0.007. Because the significant level produced less than 5%, it can be concluded that the learning media (X2) partially significant effect on teacher performance (Y), and the influence of learning media (X2) on teacher performance (Y) is 17.89%. Simultaneous test results can be seen from the value of Fhitung generated for 10.041 with a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 5%. This indicates that the supervision of the principal is good and balanced by high learning media then the performance of teachers will be better in SMK Ma'arif NU Mantup.
