Abstract

This study aims to test Effectiveness of Education Operational Costing Programs (EOCP) and Management of Education Funding for Development of Education Quality in Vocational High Shool Darul Ulum II Al-Wahidiyah Gersempal Village district of Omben Sampang Rigency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis approach. The population in this study is the Foundation Element, School Committee Element, Teacher, and Student Guardians in Vocational High Shool Darul Ulum II Al-Wahidiyah which numbered 60 people. The sample in this study as many as 51 people using tables determining the number of samples from certain populations developed from Isaac and Michael. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. The results showed that there was an influence between Education Operational Costing Programs (EOCP) and Management of Education Funding for Development of Education Quality in Vocational High Shool Darul Ulum II Al-Wahidiyah. This is evidenced by the results of the value Fcount (10,173) > Ftable (3,19) while the results of testing using multiple linear regression obtained that Ŷ = 29,036 + 0,395Xâ‚Â+ 0,457Xâ‚‚+ 15,440. Because the regression value is positive (+),then it can be said that the program Education Operational Costing Programs (EOCP) and Management of Education Funding for Development of Education Quality in Vocational High Shool Darul Ulum II Al-Wahidiyah. Earned value R Square of 0,298 which means 29,8% Education Quality Development is influenced Education Operational Costing Programs (EOCP) and Education Financing Management and as big as 70,2% influenced by other variables such as Means and Target variables, Educator Variables and Education Personnel, and Influence of Principal Education Level.
Therefore Effectiveness Education Operational Costing Programs (EOCP and Education Financing Management provide a significant contribution and a strong influence on the Development of Education Quality in Vocational High Shool Darul Ulum II Al-Wahidiyah.
