ANALISIS TAHAP PEMERIKSAAN PRA ANALITIK SEBAGAI UPAYA PENINGKATAN MUTU HASIL LABORATORIUM DI RS. MUJI RAHAYU SURABAYA

Abstrak

The health laboratory is a means of supporting healthcare efforts that
perform the measurement, determination and test the specimens for determination
the type of disease, the cause of the disease, the health condition or the factors
that may affect the health of individuals and public health. In the process of
laboratory examination there are 3 important stages, namely pre analytic stage
which can contribute error about 61% from total laboratory error, while analytic
error 25%, and post analytic error of 14%. So we do research on pre analytical
stages including: patient preparation, specimen identity, specimen collection,
specimen processing, specimen storage, and specimen delivery to the laboratory.
This aims of this study is to determine the stage of pre-analytic
examination as an effort to improve the quality of laboratory results and use the
method of quantitative observational (work sampling) or data collection methods
in the form of questionnaires dispersion or questionnaire to the laboratory staff in
the Muji Rahayu Surabaya hospital.
From the results of the research can be seen that the laboratory personnel
in the Muji Rahayu hospital has done a proper pre analytical inspection stage and
pre analytical stage in laboratory of Muji Rahayu hospital included in good
category that is 90,2%.
