Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kinerja Guru The Influence of Transformational Leadership And Organizational Commitment To Master's Performance Satisfaction
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) apakah ada hubungan antara kepemimpinan guru pada kelompok kepuasan KKG I Duduk sampeyan. 2) hubungan antara komitmen organisasi terhadap kompetensi pedagogis guru di KKG Cluster I Duduksampeyan. 3) hubungan antara konsep diri dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kepuasan guru di KKG Cluster I Duduksampeyan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional. Populasi semua guru di KKG Cluster I Duduksampeyan berjumlah 64 orang. Sampel diambil sekitar 35 guru di KKG Cluster I Duduksampeyan dengan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner untuk menentukan kosep sendiri guru, komitmen dan kepuasan organisasi guru. Uji teknik analisis data uji prasyarat untuk normalitas dengan uji chi square, uji linieritas dan uji kemandirian. Kemudian lanjutkan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan (1) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan guru pada kelompok kepuasan KKG I Duduksampeyan. Hal ini didasarkan pada pengujian hipotesis bahwa harga yang diperoleh adalah rX1Y positif yaitu 0,504 dengan tingkat signifikansi <0,05 adalah 0,002. (2) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara komitmen organisasional terhadap kepuasan guru di KKG Cluster I Duduksampeyan. Hal ini berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis rX2Y yang diperoleh harga positif adalah 0,423 dengan tingkat signifikansi <0,05 adalah 0,011. (3) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kepuasan guru di KKG Cluster I Duduksampeyan. Hal ini berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis yang ditemukan bahwa Fhitung 8.692 (positif) dan tingkat signifikansi 0,001 <0,05. Sedangkan besarnya kontribusi relatif dan efektif berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis adalah (1) Kepemimpinan yang efektif memberikan kontribusi sebesar 21,5% (2) Kontribusi relatif Konsep Diri sebesar 61,2%, dan (3) Kontribusi Efektif Motivasi Pokok sebesar 13,6% (4) Prinsipal Motivasi Kontribusi Relatif sebesar 38,8%.

This study aims to determine: 1) whether there is a relationship between the leadership of the teachers at the KKG satisfaction I Duduksampeyan cluster. 2) the relationship between the organization's commitment to the pedagogical competence of teachers in KKG Cluster I Duduksampeyan. 3) the relationship between self-concept and organizational commitment to the satisfaction of the teachers at the KKG Cluster I Duduksampeyan. This study used quantitative descriptive correlational approach. The population is all the teachers at the KKG Cluster I Duduksampeyan the number of 64 people. Samples were taken some 35 teachers at the KKG Cluster I Duduksampeyan by random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires to determine kosep themselves teachers, teachers' organizational commitment and satisfaction. Engineering test data analysis prerequisite test for normality using the chi square test, linearity test and the independence test. Then proceed by using multiple linear regression. Based on this study it can be concluded (1) There is a significant relationship between the leadership of the teachers at the KKG satisfaction I Duduksampeyan cluster. It is based on testing the hypothesis that the price obtained is positive rX1Y is 0.504 with a significance level of <0.05 is 0.002. (2) There is a significant relationship between organizational commitment to satisfaction of teachers in KKG Cluster I Duduksampeyan. It is based on hypothesis testing rX2Y the price obtained is positive is 0.423 with a significance level of <0.05 is 0.011. (3) There is a significant relationship between leadership and organizational commitment to the satisfaction of the teachers at the KKG Cluster I Duduksampeyan. It is based on hypothesis testing found that Fhitung 8.692 (positive) and the level of significance 0.001 <0.05. While the magnitude of the relative contribution and effective based on the results of hypothesis testing are (1) Effective leadership contribution of 21.5% (2) The relative contribution of Self Concept of 61.2%, and (3) Contribution Effective Motivation Principal of 13.6% (4 ) Relative Contribution Motivation Principal of 38.8%.
